Playground in My Backyard

Eme has been so excited ever since Jonas brought a slide over to her house with the promise to build a playground in her backyard. Well, this weekend that dream is many steps closer to reality. On Saturday, Jonas and Jeff started building Eme's hybrid playhouse and playground. It is a 6x8 foot structure that is 3.5 feet off the ground with a really cool slide coming off of the deck. I'm pretty sure she has already gone down the slide at least 50 times - on her bum or on her tummy. I don't think she's tried head first, yet. And, yes, the slide is stong enough to hold Jeff and Heather.

Jonas, you really have learned to build a solid structure quickly. Eme absoutely LOVES her playground!
